The cook tube adapter designed by JD Medical threads directly onto the adapter mount (JDM-5042) and replaces the standard locking ring (JDM-5043) for use with the Cook-style tubes with the blue or green bell-ends. The JD Medical adapter provides a much better seal than any other on the market and addresses the issue of leaking inherent to the bell-adapter system.
